Here's my autoexec.cfg

set cl_playintro 0
set ui_skip_eamovie 1
set ui_skip_titlescreen 1
set ui_skip_legalscreen 1
fps 1

However, I don't see any my FPS 1, how do I bring up the line cmd in SP?
