Amen to that. Who wants every single MOH forum to be the same?
AA.com has always been about brinkmanship when it comes to forum rules - Whilst not particularly kind to noobs, it seems to me that only noobs who deserve it get it in the neck.
No forum wants random spam, which should be dealt with on a warn, warn, final warn, ban system per person, not thread lockage, which punishes everyone, not just the offender.
Locking repetitive threads is fine so long as it is clearly stated that the thread can be re-opened if someone has something new to add that hasn't been said already.
Stuff like that.
Put it this way... since all this has happened this forum has been buzzing with discussion. Unless there's something to argue about nothing gets said here.
That's why all of the "kind" forums are fairly quiet and rarely have new topics and replies.
There's nothing left to discuss about MOH:AA - Let's just all have a laugh and bitch at eachother. Much more fun.
