Where can i get Pakscape so i can edit skins and make them?

You can't EDIT skins with pakscape.

pakscape would be important to making skins though.

but i dont know why everyone needs pakscape, just open pk3 files with winzip, it works fine.... right click the files, add to zip, name the file and add the file extension .pk3 and your golden
