port 12203 still wont bind when i launch a command line server.

i dont know wtf to do anymore people who say it works. i copy their config and it doesnt work for me. one person even said my command line made their server work *shrug*

what gives 2015?

I posted this in the other thread, but I'll put it here too. I'm still stuck at work (11th hour and no end in sight) and don't have access to my server.cfg file but my command line was:

"C:Program FilesEA GamesMOHAAMOHAA.exe" +set dedicated 2 +exec server.cfg

Thats it. I'll post my server.cfg file tonight when I get home... That is IF I get home today.
