Running AA or SH in windowed mode

no luck for me. been tryin to figure out how to do this? why, because im at work and bored and need desktop access right quick! anyone been able to accomplish running eithe rin windowed mode?

Boot the game and key Alt + Enter to toggle windowed/fuil-screen mode.
