Seen all of this as well, except for the Up and Down. Usually I freeze and can move left and right, up and down.

Didn't experience it that much when I first bought the game, but last night....every server almost I had some type of problem you mentioned.

Now, I have a new one. When trying to type a message, I would get something like this; "What go948ing on, is the3234re a l3122g".

Always with numbers. I got freaked and thought someone got my IP and was screwing with me. Turn off the computer, discon my cable and tried again. Same shit.

I'm using the Game Commander 2, so I thought that may contribute to my messed up typing ability and sometimes my weapon changing, but if others are experience these, something has to be wrong with the game.
