theres 2 ways i can think of doing it:
1. edit every player model so that its made up of loads of smaller parts, eg forearm, head, chest etc. then edit the grenade death anims, to just have some of the bones fly out all over the place, and the body parts will move with them. might not work very well though, and would take ages, editing all the player models
2. might be a way to replace the player model with a custom model of gibs flying out everywhere. but you'd have to make sure it only spawned from a nade death, and that the player model was deleted.
making this mod would probably take weeks, and in the end it wouldnt look very good probably, so it wouldnt be worth it, unless someone can think of a better way to do it
