Ok, so I'm planning out a mission and I CANT set waypoints on the god damn map. Whenever I click on the map to set a waypoint it just goes down a level or up a level... so the question is this: What is the button for setting waypoints on the map in the planning stage???

Click on the '?' and click left to Waypoints. You figure out the rest from there.
