Sometimes it's the parents fault, sometimes it isn't. Some people are born crazy and the parents can't control them. We all go on about how the Columbine murders are their faults, when we could say it was the people who picked on them or their parents. Some people are born crazy. . .That enforces my argument. If the children have issues then the parents should have been attentive enough to notice, like the parents of those sociopaths in Columbine. I believe that attentive parenting can stop many of these incidents, however, that is too often what is missing.
