Well, I heard MOHAA uses it. I also know that on other games, turning it on kills the framerate. If it does use it, it may be a lead on the fps problems.

Heh, vsync is related to your vid card and monitor. Basically the short of the long is it locks your maximum alowable fps to the refresh rate of your monitor. So turning it off allows your fps to go beyond your refresh rate. The one side affect of this is a bit of tearing in textures when moving around. You can turn off vsync in your video drivers, also q3 had an option for it but I dont moh does. But either way setting it in your drivers is the best option. For me the tearing was too bad in moh and I turned it back on. Basically it makes no diff because my refresh rate for 1024x768 is 100, so I rarely see moh get close to 100 so I dont worry about it being on. It would help with ppl with monitors with low refreshes like 60 or so.
