hey all, i dont have MOHAA yet, but i heard a few different things about the multiplayer. i heard that it was decent, but not amazing from gamespy, and that it was really good from this message board. i know the single player's good, but is the multiplayer better than RTcW? opinions?

yes it is better. MoH oozes WW2. I never get that feeling in Wolf. MP is awesome in my opinion but needs some work.

I think RTCW can suck my ballsack. I thought RTCW was a total waste of time and money. I mean, what the heck was the point of those "treasures" anyway? That was just about the gayest game I've ever played.

I know you're asking multiplayer, so let's talk multiplayer.

I never really liked RTCWs multiplayer. It was always laggy as hell, and I just didn't like it. MOHAA on the other hand, has beautiful multiplayer. Sure, it could use some work, such as no allied snipers on Omaha, but really, it's awesome. There's this one deathmatch map in a torn down village that is just incredible - for 2 players or for 32. It's awesome. Be sure to buy this game, you'll love it.

Huked un foniks wurkde for me!

Common everyday questions:

Why do girls love popsicles?

Why can't gay people stop being such fags...

Why do gay guys love popsicles?

Why can't Microsoft make Halo for PC...

Why do they sterilize needles for lethal injections?

If "con" is the opposite of "pro," then what is the opposite of progress?

Why is it When a man talks dirty to a woman, it's sexual harassment. When a woman talks dirty to a man, it's $3.95 per minute...

RTCW is more a "Arcade" type FPS....Moh TRIES to focus on realism.
Personally I have RTCW and I have found that MOH:AA just grabs your attention more, hell when I downloaded the MOH:AA demo I damn near QUIT playing RTCW all-together...that should give you an Idea

IMHO...RtCW is too Quake-ish. I like the class based system from it, but I still like MoH better. Alot of people gripe about there being DeathMatch mode in MoH, but I personally enjoy DM and team DM which RtCW lacks.

I want to make this clear and concise for everyone. If you like Quake style gaming then rtcw is for you. If you enjoy realistic gaming, such as Ghost recon, CS, DOD then MOHAA is for you. I have both games, which i really regret getting rtcw for the lack of things. This is from someone that really was into hardcore as a Quake 1, 2, 3, Ra3 player so i'm not being biased.

I'm starting to enjoy MOH which is really fun and addictive to play more so over any other online game of its nature. I see alot more potential in the months to come for this game than RTCW will ever have.

of all those you named, Only Ghost Recon has any ammount of realism. CS...no, DoD...not now, 2.0 is going to make it like Ghost Recon, MoHaa...yes and no,

I love the game to death, but th network code really needs to be patched up. Most of the time the lag is horrendous...every now and then i find a good server and have a great time

SINGLE
i dont realy enjoy single player fp's, i mean, the same stuff happens every time no matter what you do, the same enemies in the same places. You go through the first time and they surprise you and kill you, the second time you know where they will be and you kill them.

MULTI
But multi I like RTCW and MOHAA pretty evenly. I also like ghost recon as much as these two.

RTCW:
1. you must choose whether you want to be medic, lieutenant, engineer, or soldier. A good team has a combination of these, and each class can help the other classes, so teamwork is IMO much better done in RTCW.
2. sniper scope can be zoomed in and out with the mouse wheel (cant in MOH)

MOH:
1. You can throw grenades with much much better control than in RTCW.
2. You can sneak around (cant in RTCW)
3. You can hide in bushes (cant in RTCW)

obviosly most people on this board will prefer MOH, but i havent decided yet, still like them both about the same right now

In my opinion, RTCW is just another "Bunny Hopping, unrealistic game"....

I mean, it dosent even feel like your in WWII...Dude, they dont even have a god damn Garand, possibly the most sybolizing rifle of the United States....and when are you going to see a friggin Allie walkin around with an MP40...Plus, the damage is not realistic...AT ALL..

And the RTCW objectives are so pointless and boring, that its not even worth playing.
