[quote="Sicilian_Summers":54637]Waltham High School freshman football, two way starter. Defensive tackle and offensive tackle, I'm a team captain as well. I've played a few games with the sophmores (which is saying something considering they have a team with about 40 guys on it..), and hopefully I'll be able to dress for our Thanksgiving day game.
We're all right, Waltham is never an easy opponent, we are well known for playing 60 minutes of football.[/quote:54637]arent all games 60 minutes oOo:

Hey that's really good. How long have you been lifting for?
Also, what's cleaning? D:
We lifted over the summer, our focus on the off season is obviously conditioning and strength training and during the season strength training is dropped and conditioning is toned down a bit. Mostly we focus on execution, hitting, and following up in our traditions.
Anyways.. we lifted for about 4 months during the off season, those were my only months spent fequently within a gym.
So, my workout looks like this-
Benching - 130, obviously my weak point, unfortunately my arms didnt start off strong from all that time spent on the comp and not on an athletic field.
Squat - about 300, this is my strong point
Cleaning - don't know..

You'll find a lot of overated players in Massachusetts, I watched our top recruit do jack shit in the Xaverian game. Nothing above average, just did a standard fullback's job without anything special..
lol, our nose guard is the best lineman on the team.
His size?
5'8"
180
What makes him so good is his amazing jump off the ball, pure strength, and just the desire to drill someone.

no f*&king way. 180 5,10 nose gaurd ???? He must get pushed over like a punter trying to take a guard. Even if this guy was pure muscle it would still be ap ure waste to play him there. Isn' there at least one fat guy to come in and play NG ?? It just surprises then hell out of me . oOo:

Well, it is freshman football. I swear to god, that is his size. He may be slightly taller and may SLIGHTLY weigh more, but his success is due to his ability to fire incredibly low while still keeping awesome balence.
Him and I are team captains. We actually think we're extremely clever becuase he wears 70 and I wear 71. :\
