i am trying to place my own player head on manon the head that i put on is low polly and the skd files are called manon.skd and manon.skc when i put in the model for some reason the head stays the same. I think i am missing some files the files are in models/human/heads. Do you know why its not showing up?

i would try giving it a name that is not already used first.
editing heads tends to be very difficult because they use morphing. i think that your problem is a scripting problem though and i cant tell you whats wrong unless i see what you have. If you email me at MFerri@planetmedalofhonor.com i will figure out whats wrong.

try putting a different head skelmodel in the tik
and having the head model in your pk3
