Yes its easy, start MOHAA, skip all the intro and stuff, when you are in the main office area thing, bring down the console(its that button below Esc) in the console type in maplist a box should appear listing the maps, search for m4l0.bsp. Double click on m4l0.bsp and the dog mission will load.
And in another note to any of you who dont know....if you finish the snipers last stand mission on hard and keep all your team alive a special hide and go seek game will activate. It gives you a few seconds to hide and then a medic with a bazooka will try to look for you, if he finds you he will blow you up and you lose the game. Someone once made a guide to hide succesfully from the medic its around somewhere.
