Does anyone know if there's some sort of mod or console command that enables me to see other people's skins? If so please tell me, i wanna be ale to see what kinda skins people use in-game.

In order to see other peoples skins the file must be loaded both onto the server, and on your pc.

I already knew that, i was just in hopes there was a mod that would enable me to see all the skins without having to dl them all.

nope. I would imagine something like that would eat up alot of bandwidth on a server. because it would have to broadcast that data to every client that didnt have the physical files on their system.
