Ok...first have you tried uninstalling it, doing a search in windows for any folders left behind, then ran regedit to look in the registry? If not there is one other thing to try. This has been a miracle fix for me, for I was in the same boot as you a few years back with Kingpin. I ran Glsetup and it fixed it! Go to http://www.glsetup.com download the most recent version of Open GL and run it. It will clean out older Opengl files updating them with new ones. I REALLY think this could work. First make sure ALL traces of the game are gone from your HD, then run GL setup, then reinstall. I REALLY hope it works for you man I know how you feel...let me know, I will check back in a while.
