If you have a small power supply (200W to 300W) It may be working too hard to supply al the power your computer needs. Upgrading to a 450W lets the suply work less, creating less heat.

DUDE TY MAN!!!! it greatly reduced it but it still ther i have a 250W. So do u recomend higher? rock: happy:

I recomend a 450W power supply. You should be able to get one at any computer parts store like Micro Center or the local Mom & Pop repair shop.

No i don't know how much installation will be. If you can remove the side panel you should be able to replace the power supply. Take your time and make note of where everything is plugged in.
