while what you say is true I would never carry anything smaller than a .40 cal If you are stuck with a 9mm Id suggest using CorBon ammo It packs a better punch[/quote:46d6d]

For self defense purposes the 9mm is fine, one shot no matter where it hits will put them on the ground screaming, because the average person doesnt want to kill their assailant they just want to injure them. For combat situations though, I'd only go into battle with a trusty 1911 45, 1 shot there down and incapacitated or dead biggrin:
