[quote="Old Reliable":afa71]smells like bullshit, its made for tv, its not real[/quote:afa71]
It is a TV show. I've seen it a few times. If it's not scripted, they seek out the dumbest people they can find. I'm sure you Canadians have your fairshare of dumbasses also.In fact, a few of them post here. the_finger:

Damn right. Of course we do. this "Talking to Americans" is just comedy...no one takes it for a sweeping stereotype of ALL Americans. Well, none of us SMART Canadians anyway... biggrin:
We had a show recently were these Aussies had this world map set up on the streets
of New York and kept moving the place names around then quizzing passersby...
they changed Australia to North Korea and Tasmania (the little triangle shaped state just
south of the mainland) to South Korea...they asked people what they thought of the Korean
situation, and all these New Yorkers were like "OMG, North Korea is so much bigger than
South Korea...it don't seem fair" etc.
I realise they only showed the truely dumb ones but it was funny nonetheless. calmdown:
LOL I liked the province video. The guy is like "Its a disgrace how people are unaware of the world". The irony.... And also strange how all the adults dont fucking know what their talking about but the little boy does.
