Does anyone know where I can find a guide to set up a phpfourm? Or, can someone help me with setting it up?

I wouldn't know how to use one from scratch, just from using a template, like phpBB, postNUKE, etc. .

you cant just upload it to a server...not all servers support mysql, phpbb, etc

i had to install all mine seperatly on my system

http://www.phpbb.com read the instructions, it's kinda hard to do it manually.
