Actually, in my experiences, the fact that you can't respawn makes players just try to kill the other players and ignore the objectives.

Now that you can't win rounds simply by killing other players, it forces players to concentrate more on accomplishing the objectives (or defending them) which means MORE TEAM WORK.

Previously, the rounds end when either all the players on one team are dead, or the objective is accomplished, or time runs out.

Now, the rounds will only end if the objective is accomplished, or if the defending team manages to defend the objective for five minutes.

The mod makes it so that these maps are no longer about killing everyone on the other team. Anyone can do that alone and most of the time players aren't organized in groups.

Now that it's all about objectives, team work is FORCED in order to be succesful.
