Whats a RF modular?

When it comes to T.V.s I'm a complete noob, I plugged all the plugs in, but the plug that goes in the T.V. won't fit. The speaker ones are fine but the only plug left other than them is the arial plug and the dvd players video output plug won't fit into that.
There's also a scart plug on the back of the dvd player but I don't have one of those on the T.V. either.

I got a framed picture of Op Market Garden personally auotgraphed by "Wild" Bill Guarnere. It says:

Wild Bil Guarnere
Co. E506 101st
Band of Brothers

On the back of the picture it has the history of the 101st about 8 paragraphs in length.

The Certificate of Authenticity Says:

This certifies that this hand signed photo by Sgt. "Wild" Bill Guarnere is genuine and authentic in every detail. The photo was taken September 17th, 1944 as the "Band of Brothers" jump into Holland during Operation Market Garden.

I also got a Remington model 710 "30-06" with an 8X variable Bushnell scope so I can kill more deer next year.

The rifle can't touch the picture though.
