[Partisan]

Here is what I do: I just go to girl and start talking to her like I know her from before. Then after few minutes I act all puzzled and ask her isn't she Maria or Hellena ( preferably some South American name), and after she responds with no I start apollogising and act all embarassed. Then I say something like " anyway would you have a drink with me or dance ( in disco clubs) or just go for a coffe ( if at University).
Another version is if you see a girl that you like in a club just ask her is she from your University, or school, and see what happens.

Mind you, this doesn't work everytime, but if you are polite and nicely dress at least you can have nice conversation with a girl and at least practice your charm and your conversational skills with opposite sex.

P.S. Be nicely dress because that is the first thing that girl notices.
