I wonder if it will be an international effort, I'll be kind of pi$$ed off if its a USA all tha way ticket. oOo:
When exploring distant worlds, imho, it should be a global team effort and not restricted to just one country. This mission is in the name of mankind not in the name of a single country.

Or we could stage it, like we did the moon.

If you guys put up some numbers and help out with the research and money, sure you should be able to come with us.
If you want to be cheap about it you should have to stay on earth.

Well, there is no strong evidence to support that.

For the flag, apparently it had wires in it.

Picture 1: The cross hair that is etched ON the lens, appears to behind the spaceman, near his hip
Picture 2: The Shadows. there was only ONE light source; the moon, but the shadows are going different directions. Proving that there was more then one lightsource. Proving it was staged. For example. His feet have shadows going to the left. the rest of his bodies shadows are going to the right.
Picture 3:
Cant really get a good look at it, too bright.

I don't understand what you're saying in picture 1.
Picture 2: You mean the only light source is the sun? I've had days where I have had two shadows (one lighter then the other) going from the front and side. also, the lights on the lunar thingy (the ship).
But just because there are more shadows doesn't nessacery mean they faked it.
and Machette, the flag apparently had wires in it... rock:

The crosshairs.
There are little crosshairs on the lens, so they shold be INFRONT of everything.
Yet on some pictures there are crosshairs partially behind the people.
