Mine definitely is Ceskins Blood and Guts Mod v1.1, The color is realistic and, unlike Elite Blood Mod v4.0, bullet shots to the head will splatter high on a wall. The best one in my opinion.

my fave mod is Hitman's tommy skin. Looks pretty sweet.
