I am from Australia and have heard of Band of Brothers. We don't have it yet...is it any good.
I am a WW2 nut so please tell me about it.

You can compaire it with Saving private Ryan. Its filmed in the same style. It tells the story about the paratroopers.

Hehe, I saw it a few days after it was released Although the picture quality and sound quality is lacking it's still a fucking unbelievably awesome movie !!
Band of Brothers will be shown here around mid-year Better than nothing I guess.

Band of Brothers is beeing released on DVD in September, theres news about it on HBO's website (ammericans will probably more familiar with HBO).
