Cheaters on Server? HELP!

Well, I have encountered it before with other people, so I'm sure it's not just one guy, so an IP ban would work for one person, unless, of course, they are on DHCP.
I'm just trying to figure out what they're using.

one less person coming back to the server. skin hack is interesting theory but he looked fine in my scope.

My server has been running great, then I introduced it here, all night we have been having problems, and I have a good idea who it is, because everything is fine when i kick him.
Anyways, our weapons will switch randomly, or they'll drop, and the screen shakes like mad. My server also has been locking up when this guy gets on. Does anyone have any idea what they're using, and how i block it?

someone needs to make an auto-kick feature. put his IP on an auto kick. ive been doing research on it but i cant find any links but it has to be somewhere. however if we find it and look at it perhaps someone can make a fix.

I think he may be using a skin hack...with the demo it would cause my server to go into a loop and crash in a minute..I haven`t seen that problem,yet,with the full game.
