I believe that multiple urinations only need one flush. Until you put something solid in the bowl, then you need to flush.

I also never flush past 10pm in consideration for other in my house who may be sleeping/mating. So this may in turn have multiple urinations and/or plunkers before a flushing of the guard can be accomplished.
