if you run a dedicated server it is easy
to mix Obj,team and Round based matches..!!!
Just get the "dedicated server mod" from aa.com.!

I wrote the mod that mixes Round-based and Objectives together on the Burning Bridge Server. It's been running there for a couple of weeks. The mod works really well, for the most part. It makes the DM maps all work with proper spawning, (no spawning 1 foot away from enemy), and makes the maps run as Round-based. Then, whenever objective maps come up in rotation, it automatically changes the gametype to Objectives and those maps run like they should.
The mod also allows for the user to set custom fraglimits on each map. I did this because a fraglimit of 5 is too long for Omaha, (takes well over an hour till Omaha rotates), but having a lower fraglimit only maps the other maps seem too short. So, I've set Omaha around 3 and the other maps to 5 for the official mod to come out, (this is an option, not a requirement for mod). However, each map can have a custom fraglimit, specified gametype, just about any CVAR setting you'd like can be set for each map specifically. The Burning Bridge is currently setting Omaha to 2 fraglimit, Destroyed Village and Remagen to a 6 fraglimit, and all other maps to 5: as per server admin's personal request.
I've been trying to iron out one little bug in it before release, but I'm not sure if I can. The only bug occurs whenever a new map comes up that changes the gametype from 3 to 4 or visa-versa. Whenever this happens, after the first round of play all players get thrown into spectate mode and have to rejoin their respective teams. That's it. Not really much of a hassle, but still I'd like to fix it before official release. I am looking for an experienced mod maker to collaberate on this.

Oh, BTW, this mod fixes the Teleport problem you other guys have been talking about earlier in the thread. The problem with just entering DM maps into a OBJ rotation is that some of those DM maps don't work well in OBJ mode. What happens is that you spawn a foot away from an enemy. This mod forces those DM maps to work in true Round-based fashion with teams spawning on opposite sides of maps.

The server that I saw this done on....now will no longer accept people on it. It just sits there with 0/32 and nobody can get on...it keeps on saying that the connection times out. Maybe it is hosed because of the rotation scheme.
I guess when you try to run this and you do it right...it screws up your server some how...man I sure wish we had some friggen support from 2015 or EA on this...I mean they can only benifit by having exspensive badwidth machines show case all their MP maps.....but we are sitting here trying to unravel the mystery of the MP server.

I think it can be done by a script that restarts the server right when the round ends.
I can restart my server right before the players respawn and you hardly notice it...unfortunately at times it crashes the server

Burning Bridge is a server that does what you requested. It cycles though about 9 or so maps.
The Hunt
Stalingrad
Omaha
Snowy Park
Destroyed Village
Algiers
Remagen
V2
French Town(Forgot Name)
Plus each map has its own limits so you can set Omaha at 2 rounds and V2 at 5 rounds. The telefrag issue has been resolved for the most part but this mod is still in testing as there are a few more bugs to work out. Elvite (From Elvite's Voting Tools) created this mod. Email me for more info and check out the server for yourself.

Hey Elvite well, I can test it on a 28 player 100 mega bit server on the West coast. I have played on servers as I have mentioned in this thread, but to me the spawning next to people is not that big of a deal in fact keeps you on your toes.
Well, hit me up if you want to try this out on the best MOHAA server.

The way I do it is, without disconnecting the game, go back to the multiplayer menu and just start a new multiplayer game. That easy. And yes, all the players will follow you.

We got it running now, only thing is that Algiers and Cross Roads have some shitty spawns so leave them out of the rotation.
