King added that the suspensions will not deter the Flames from their goal of making the playoffs.
"We'll move on an continue to win games and continue our playoff hunt," said King.
The events took place immediately following Nashville's third goal of the game, which was an empty net goal at 19:58 of the third, making the score 3-1.
Sutter will be eligible to return Mar. 25 against the San Jose Sharks.
Oliwa will be eligible to return Mar. 27 versus the Los Angeles Kings. Based on the average annual salary of his contract and under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, Oliwa will forfeit $18,292.68. The money goes to the Players' Emergency Assistance Fund.
The $50,000 the Flames are fined goes to the NHL Foundation.
