At which point you should probably be running a better power supply simply because your system may require it with all the stuff in it.

Yeah thats what i was thinking, 350 watt may be ok for a standard system with 1 cd drive 1 hard drive and a floppy, but anything more than that and you're gonna need more wattage flowing through the pc.
