Depending on where you want to go, a college diploma would just be an
asset (a plus): some places are desperate for officers. You need one if
your dream is to be a policeman here in Quebec but Ontario and the rest
of Canada don't force you to have one: if you pass the interview and the
aptitude test, you're in.
