Maple on a "SERIOSU NOTE" Yes we have them at my house hold. And yes they are as great as that chjef says they are. The heavy cleaverl iterally can cut threw frozen steak. the knives are great and dont rust etc. Sharpe as well very sharpe. great peices i suggest you use them.

the foreman girll is a good one too. i was housesitting for a couple of months and they had that. i had never used it before, but it is a nice piece of kitcheware, easy to clean too.

My fiance's uncle bought a set and gave us the free second set. Theese are the sharpest knives I have ever used.

Chef Tony owns. The Rock n' Chop is the bomb.
