Buena Vista/Disney dropped distribution of the film in AMERICA (overseas it already has a distributer), and Mirimax is looking to buy the film back (here) from Disney. It was dropped because (rightly so) Disney feared it would be seen as a piece of endorsement of John Kerrys presidential bid (since Uncle Fat Ass has gone on RECORD as saying he wants to use this movie to get Bush out of the White House), which also brings up all kinds of campaign finance violations.

I have no problem with more presenting his OPINION, but when he does so through manipulation, and distorting of the facts theres a problem then. Case in point:

In BFC, he plays a piece of footage of Heston saying "From my cold dead hands" after Moore points out that the convention for the NRA went forward despite the shooting death of a young black child a day earlier. The problem is that piece of footage is from an entirely DIFFERENT convention, before the shooting ever took place. Of course, juxtaposed against the story, it makes him seem like a prick for saying these comments "so soon after the tragedy".
