It's been said many times, look for a new job. When you find one, quit. You don't need a reason do you? If so just say you are sick and tired of your boss being an asshole.

And for the anger, I get angry all the time. Workout, use bunching bags, go to friends house or just leave. Best thing to do is sit there and avoid it. Don't think about it, just have a good time with friends and that.

What I would do is take a small tape recorder w/ you, hidden of course and have it recording when he starts going off like that again. I am probably 90% sure that would be harrasment in the work place. And according to the law, you or anyone that works there who have been abused by him don't have to sit there and take it. Even if you heard him bitching someone else out calling them vulgar names or swearing at them, you can still file a claim saying that you were offended by it. You'll have to do a search on the internet for the federal gov't department that handle it, I can't remember, but this is a for real thing. I don't know you'd get money out of it, but you may get the guy fired.
