I already d/led the micromedia stuff and still not working.what am I missing ?

Try this

go to IE.. tools> Internet options > advanced > scroll down to multimedia and check off "play animations on web page" last time I had this problem, this fixed it.

I think I had this problem and cleaned out my temp internet files and cookies. Try it

You install a firewall like Zonealarm? Some of those block animations by default.
