that's bullshit, the idiot deserved getting harpooned; the man is a hero for standing up to a bunch of thugs.

Prosecuting the man who defended himself is an idiotic move by the UK government; "tough" guys like the guys that attacked him must be put in their place as often as possible, otherwise they get bold and think that they own the streets. Also why is the dumbfuck kid not on trial for assault with a deadly weapon???
