Here's a rule of thumb: If you wouldn't say the word to a stranger of the offending race/culture in real life, don't fucking say it here.

Would you walk into an italian restaurant and say to the waiter, "Hey, can I get a table you greasy w**?" and expect to get out alive? No.

So, same rules apply here. Use some common sense and you'll be fine.
