I have the 10 Year Special Edition and never noticed that. But I haven't watched much of the Special Features.

Schindler's List - Schindler's Burning Bush, The little girl in the red coat running threw the ghetto alone while German Soldiers and Officiers liquidate the area. Truly one of the greatest strongest emotional filled moments of cinimatic history. I hope people understand the meaning and symbolism of it. (I gave it away in the first line practically.
