Get a Barton 2500+ and you can OC it to a 3200+ usually with even stock cooling. I don't have any experience with the mobiles...but they are supposed to run nicely so it wouldn't be a bad idea to try it. Get all your stuff from http://www.newegg.com. They kick ass.
