i work at a restaurant known for good steaks

id go with a usda prime cut filet with brunaise (spelling?) cooked pittsburgh-medium rare

Ruth's Chris Steak House in Cancun, simply AMAZING. there is a Ruth's Chris Steak house in NYC, but i heard its not as good as the one in Cancun.

ribeye, with montreal, garlic salt, and cajun spices.


Do you guys prefer to grill your own or just go to a restaurant and get one. We have a few steakhouses where you can grill your own there. That's the best. I could be pouring outside and your inside grilling your steak and drinking some beer.

Big fuckin slab of sirloin, medium-rare, piping hot, a spoon of melting butter ontop, and coated with cracked pepper, sitting in a basin of nice, thick beef gravy. With a side of crispy fries.
