surf and turf always makes for a good dinner if you have a date, depending on what the offer is

at our restaurant in june and july, you pay $90 for surf and turf, with items that would normally cost a total of over $140--

2 caesar salads
16oz usda prime NY strip split for two, cooked to specs
3lb lobster split for 2
hash brown plate
veg of day (generally spinach or borccolli)
2 slices of philly best cheesecake for the past 3 yrs
la colombe coffee or tea

Ribeye steak. Medium. And no sauce if its from Great American Land & cattle. They cook them perfect, with no need for sauce.

And about Filet Mignon. Its good shit, but it's too small.
