from what i hear, mouthpieces are just as important as the sax itself for a good sound. I know they cost some big bills though to buy a decent mouthpiece. Couple of my friends have some metal ones, but they get some tuning problems sometimes.

Guitar for three years...havent been playing much this last half-year, really wanting to get back into it, but ive hit a plateau of nothing, and i havent learned shit for months.
