Last time i checked, which has been years, dual layering dvd tech was not openly availible to the public. Hell I have never even seen a DVD 9 compatible burner/let alone doubled sided doubled layerd DVD's (DVD - 15) openly availibe to the public, I have only seen them largely used in MOives, so I assumed the tech was not availible to distributors/ developers like Rockstar. You blew it out in the first place here.
