allowdownload for MOHPA will have a number of features.

The admin can set it so:

-It downloads from the same server as the game
-It downloads from another url (different server)
-the mod maker can set his own download locations, so if the server allows downloads, you would get it from where ever the map maker wants you to download it.

All this can be set via a simple xml file within the mod/map itself. or you can set certain, server sided only mods not to be downloaded

I call it redirect with a twist.

Rude, thats great news. So we can allow it from any IP/url then that we want?? The mods will also be in seperate folders/files woot....thats gonna rock!!!

Then opt to go in a server thats not running punkbuster..

Not to mention it will probably have a feature, like CoD did once it was updated, to where the client can choose not to download anything if the server is allowing it to be downloaded.,

Very hard to run any type of exploit from a PKx file or what their calling it HAG files, I beleive

Yes you can not opt to download anything
