FWIW, in Ghost Recon, I think you can have infinite respawning, a limited # of respawns or no respawning at all (the game host decides).

So if someone's agonizing over the best way, my vote is to include a few different ways and give people a dropdown menu to decide how they want to do it.

I'm curious whether EA or 2015 still hopes to introduce co-op at some point (whether in an add-on or a big patch) or if that's going to be up to the modders.
