Absolutley. Hear me out though. The video kind of makes it obviously not a good joke, but without all the pictures and such flashing up, it's just Bush making light of a situation gone wrong. All politicians do it when they've made a "mistake" or whatever you want to call it, and to kind of dodge the subject, they make jokes.

Just think, a lot of people, including myself, make jokes when we make mistakes or are embarrased. I think this is the way a lot of people deal with certain situations.

However, in Bush's speach, it was obviously prepared, but I don't think the cercumstances are any different.

It could actually be a funny joke. If he's admitting he made a mistake, it's kind of funny showing that he's looking around his office for them.

I'm not saying this hasn't been edited or is real. I don't know. But I do believe it is something that he could have said.
