From the news page:

quote:

Behind Closed Doors @ E3 | 01:05 AM EST

Gamespot is reporting that Medal of Honor: Allied Assault will indeed be at Electronic Arts' booth this year at the E3, but it won't be shown to the public:

However, show attendees interested in getting their hands on the World War II-themed game might be out of luck. According to several sources, Medal of Honor: Allied Assault will remain strictly behind closed doors. Despite this secrecy, however, Electronic Arts is rumored to have an elaborate booth setup consisting of a US Navy landing craft with a ramp that leads into the small demo room. Several uniformed officers will also be patrolling the area, undoubtedly to make sure that no one without proper credentials compromises the security of the landing vehicle.

Somebody tell me I didn't pay $150 for nothing... please...

I beg and beg and finally my least favorite cousin who works for Sierra promised he'd let me in somehow.

Oh well, I guess there's still R2Wolf and the DNF video...

Sure, blame it all on EA... they're big and evil and all that

Just FYI... the content of the site at the link I posted has changed since I posted the link. When I posted it yesterday, the link said the game would be shown in a non-playable form on the floor. Now they say you won't be able to see it at all... I honestly don't know what to expect at E3, the marketing plans change too frequently.

Not going to E3 this year, but my support for this game just dropped by about 150%, I know I know, not that anyone cares, but here's what I think. If you dont know for sure whether or not this game will be shown to the public at E3, if you don't have a say in what's going to happen, then don't say it. Do a search on E3 on this board and it's apparent that whenever the word "E3" pops up someone from 2015 would tell you how cool it's gonna be this year at E3, don't miss it, whatever. For phosphoric, cdom, kb, I feel sorry for you guys, you know, sometimes the best way to show how you feel is with your wallet. For badscript, it's not your fault, I suppose you were one of the misleaded fan yourself

Okay I just posted Coriolis's link on frontpage so others who only visit the news page can see it.

Ownage, I understand that you feel bad about our fellow mohaa fans, but I don't know if I agree with you completely.

According to WRE, it was EA's decision and until 3 weeks ago it was still going be a public showcase. It's just nature for members working on this project to tell their fans to come and see something that they've worked hard on and are obviously very proud of, I don't see anything wrong there. To be honest, I don't think 2015 is in any position to argue with any of EA's decision. As far as I know, publishers own developers, if they pull the plug it's lights out. Keep in mind, this isn't ID software we're talking about here, mohaa is 2015's first major title, did you expect them to turn table with EA?

Also, this assumes that the source of the article is legit. I don't believe everything I read on the web ( I know, I know, that's crazy talk).
