"Really gory stuff" IS "cool gamplay stuff". How is this game supposed to make me feel like I'm really fighting in WWII if I can shoot some Nazi in the head and not see any blood? That right there will ruin the experence, no matter how good everything else is. I just don't understand how you can NOT consider blood and important part of a WAR game. I can understand if this was some other kind of game that had a FEW scenes of violence, but this game is ALL ABOUT war. If I'm gonna spend hours and hours in combat shooting Nazi's, I want it to be realistic. No blood and gore at all just doesn't cut it for me. This seems like it's gonna be the Disney version of Saving Private Ryan.

I think it would be better if they spend their time on things like story-line, controls, and gameplay. I'd rather see scripted scenes like the tank being bombed by P-51's (metioned in a preview) then having buckets of blood added to the game. Though I too would like to see some blood, I do not believe it is what makes a game realistic, or what makes a great game. I think it helps it along a bit, but I would prefer see things like dramatic scripted scenes, great level designs, realistic weapons, historicaly correct uniforms, great AI, nice animations, etc. to draw me into the game.
