Does anybody know what this stands for?
The red army patch on hos right sleeve, I know it stands for corporal, But I'm not sure about the 2 rifles.

The first one I have seen Milla wearing, not sure of it though, second one looks like a Vietnam sniper patch.

Thats a patch for corporal (the first one) Lance corporal looks just like that minus one stripe. The rifles mark how good riflemen marines are. Therefore they are Marine armpatches.
